Ray,

While you were out ... During our get together last Saturday
we put together an update to the WBS/draft project schedule.
In that draft we defined four software builds and laid out
a top level test schedule for the builds. The basic premise
we followed in defining WBS elements was that the task
should be able to be completed in a one week timeframe.
If so defined, that was considered sufficient detail for
the WBS/schedule. If not, the task was decomposed into
chunks that could be accomplished in one week. Keeping
that premise in mind, the input you provided for the QA
and Test Sections of the WBS might give too much detail.
Would you please review your input against the updated
WBS/Schedule to see how we might fit your comments into
the draft WBS/Schedule? Kim was trying to post the WBS/
Schedule to our site- if she is unable and you have
Microsoft Project I can try to email you a if copy of the
Project file. Please let me know what I need to do to
help.
