Test of Build 1 (Completed March 8, 1997)

Testing Methodology: Each web page link has been subjected to the following tests: connectivity (can it connect to the indicated URL?); readability (can I read the page once connection is established?); and operation /download capability (once linked, can I manipulate the functionality at the "linked" site. If it has document download capability, can I download a readable copy of the document?). Download is marked "N/A" if the site has no download capability (other than saving display as an HTML file).

Test Results: The existing web page meets SRS Build 1(prototype) requirements. One error was found on another web site during secondary (sublink) testing, and therefore does not require corrective action on the part of the MJY development team. (We will retest this link during Build 2).

(C) Based on discussion with Program Manager, the requirement for (minimum) 10 links to related websites (WBS requirement 4.6.3.)does not preclude the use of multiple links from our web page to a single website. It was also decided that links to S/W Project Management site that are not directly risk related will nonetheless count as a viable link. Therefore, we have 16 active links (one link failed to connect during test), which meets minimum SRS for Build 2. I will continue to group links by web site, and indicate link content (risk/non-risk related) to facilitate testing/tracking.
